I’m in my kitchen making lunch, and listening to this sermon. I have to keep myself from running around this here kitchen in a praise break.
I saw this sermon posted on a pastor-friend’s Facebook wall. Another person commented and said they were watching the same sermon.
Then tonight, I was Facebook-stalking another friend, and on their wall, people were listing their favourite sermons. So many people kept mentioning this one that I decided that I would listen to it.
My Lord, this sermon has reached me in a way very few sermons have (as of late).
Many of you know that I have been having a hard time lately. I’m definitely going through a valley experience. I have not been talking to God — at least, not how I used to. How merciful and how incredibly loving of God to still always try to encourage me and reach me on my level. I guess He knew that if He was going to get a message through to me, He would have to use Facebook.
This sermon is such a balm and a rebuke and a timely Word.
